IS IT SAFE FOR US TO ADD CREDITS TO YOUR ACCOUNT, MOD YOUR ACCOUNT OR FOR YOU TO USE ONE OF OUR ACCOUNTS? (WILL YOU BE BANNED?)

Yes it is safe and no you will not be banned based off of how we add the credits, mod your account or provide the modded account. Although bans are possible, they are very unlikely if you do not spend large amounts of credits on the auction house (see below for more info) or share that you have a modded account to individuals who may seek to report your gamer tag. However, in the unlikely case of an in-game ban, we do provide ban warranty across all modded packages and can simply provide you a new account.

In addition to this, we strongly advise not purchase over excessively in the auction house within the first 48hours of receiving your account. The methods in practice in regards to modding these account are completely safe, but ignoring this statement could result in your account being flagged for suspicious activity by the developers for having a unnatural in-game balance. We believe from research and testing that your total credit value is not often monitored but the accumulation of purchases from the auction house can give the developers a insight into your balance.

DO THESE ACCOUNTS WORK ONLINE/IS IT SAFE TO PLAY ONLINE

Yes, the modded accounts we provide work online, or in other words operate perfectly in Online sessions alike any other account. It is safe for you to utilise modded accounts online, although we recommend you not drive in Online sessions in cars that are yet to be released.

ARE THESE ACCOUNTS FOR ALL DEVICES?

The Premade Accounts we provide are a login that work for any compatible device but Steam, meaning they work for PC users & Series X/S, One & One S/X etc. Our Personal Mods are however compatible for Steam aswell as all other devices. For Premade Account orders, any details (email/password) can be changed as you please once we deliver the account.

HOW DO I RECEIVE MY ACCOUNT WHEN I FINALISE THE PURCHASE?

Once you complete the payment, we will deliver you the details to an account that you will be able to log in to, or alternatively request you make us a new email so that you can personalize it as you please. Once you open the game it will have all contents promised.

CAN I CHANGE THE USERNAME/PASSWORD OF MY ACCOUNT?

Yes, when we deliver the account it will have a randomly generated default gamer tag which you can change as you please, just like the personal details/login details of the account once it is provided.

IF I DON’T HAVE A COPY OF THE GAME (DIGITAL/PHYSICAL) WILL I BE ABLE TO PLAY ON A MODDED ACCOUNT?

It is required that you already own a copy of the game for you to use our modded accounts. Although if you have game pass or even just a game pass trial, they will work. The modded accounts do not come with copies, but as long as you already have it you’ll be able to use the accounts. The same applies for DLC content, if you do not own the DLC you will not be able to use DLC items, such as expansions, cars etc.

HOW QUICK IS ACCOUNT/CREDIT DELIVERY?

Our account delivery guarantee is <12 hrs if you select Express Delivery & 12-48hrs for without it, our team is located internationally and will typically make contact with you via email shortly after you purchase. In the case of any significant or unexpected circumstances delays can occur, however our team will let you know of these circumstances and remain in contact to ensure the process continues to go as smoothly as possible.

HOW DOES “EXPRESS DELIVERY” WORK?

We recently made ‘Express Delivery’ an option for our Modded Packages and will likely be introduced to certain Credit Packages in the future. Express delivery was a highly requested feature which allows us to provide our services with very fast delivery and on short notice. It simply means we will prioritise ‘Express Delivery’ orders and deliver them within a 12 hour time frame. With a Premade Account, this simply means we will send it to you within 12 hours. Although, Personal Account Mod orders typically requires a brief back-and-forth interaction between our team and the buyer, as a secondary authentication code is typically required to log into pre-existing accounts. If the buyer is unable to respond to our team members request of the authorisation code, and is therefore unable to fulfill the order within the 12 hour period it will not contribute towards the “<12hr Delivery”. We request that if you are looking to purchase the Express Delivery option for a Personal Account Mod, you are frequently checking your emails (and Spam/Junk Folder) fairly frequently so that our team can assist you in receiving your items as quickly as possible.

ACCOUNT/CREDIT LOG-IN TROUBLESHOOTING

WHAT TO DO IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH THE ACCOUNT WHEN LOGGING IN

This issue is simple and may appear serious at first but is a very easy fix. We cannot fix this for you, all that is involved is you going to the outlook website and adding some details to your account, typically this is no more than a secondary email & a phone number.

MY GAME CANNOT SYNC, DO I CHOOSE TRY AGAIN OR SYNC LAST SAVED DATA?

This is a relatively common error in terms of syncing problems. This is out of my control but it can occasionally work if you click try again, log off wait 2 hours, click try again once more, log off wait 2 hours and then when you log back in proceed to press ‘Sync last saved data’. What should happen is that your account/modded account will have all the contents promised, but sometimes it can appear empty or what we did is reversed. In this case simply contact the staff member that fulfilled your order, and we will log on and re-sync the account as soon as possible.

I REQUIRE A HELLO PIN TO SIGN IN (PC)

This is an “issue” that we get contacted about regularly for PC users. When buyers are logging into accounts we provide, typically PC software will require a “Hello” PIN code. This code is not something we provide, this PIN represents the PIN you set for your computer log in.
