REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy

If we were not able to fulfill your order within a reasonable time-frame that aligns with the expectations of our site (12-48hrs) with your compliance, then it is eligible for a refund. Although, once an order has been primarily or completely fulfilled, in alignment with our Terms of Service, then it is non-refundable.

Many of our packages come with an additional ‘Express Delivery’ option, which ranges between <12 hour or <24 hour delivery for our services.¬†This additional option is not refundable in cases where the service could not be provided in less than 12/24 hrs due to disparities in communication (for example, it taking 10 hours for a customerr to respond with a required piece of information) or unprecedented technical difficulties.
