CAN I CHANGE THE USERNAME/PASSWORD OF MY ACCOUNT?
Yes, when we deliver the account it will have a randomly generated default gamer tag which you can change as you please, just like the personal details/login details of the account once it is provided.
IF I DON’T HAVE A COPY OF THE GAME (DIGITAL/PHYSICAL) WILL I BE ABLE TO PLAY ON A MODDED ACCOUNT?

It is required that you already own a copy of the game for you to use our Forza Horizon 5 Modded Accounts. Although if you have game pass or even just a game pass trial, they will work. The modded accounts do not come with copies, but as long as you already have it you’ll be able to use the accounts. The same applies for DLC content, if you do not own the DLC you will not be able to use DLC items, such as expansions, cars etc.
COD
Our Accounts do not come with a copy of COD, however, if you already own the game on the primary account on your console, it will be shared to all other profiles on your console!

PREMADE/MODDED ACCOUNTS OVERVIEW
For many of the games in our catalogue, we offer Premade/Modded Accounts, which are simply a login that we email to you shortly after you purchase. This login is in the form of an email & password that you can login to, any details of the account (email/password) can be changed as you please once we deliver it.
Upon ordering, our team will sent the login details to your account via the contact email you provide at checkout. With our 'Instant Delivery' option, this occurs instantaneously upon purchasing.
Across games where it is necessary, we offer ‘Ban Warranty’, meaning that in the extremely unlikely event of your Modded Account receiving a ban, we will provide you with a replacement. However, this is rarely ever required for Forza Horizon 5 for example, given that it has no dedicated anti-cheat/auto-ban system.
ACCOUNT BOOST PACK OVERVIEW
Across all of the games we offer on our websites, we offer some form of 'Account Boost' pack. Certain boost packs differ. Some are 'selfplay', meaning that you can play with us and no login into your account is needed. For example, our Call of Duty Bot Lobbies/Nuke, or our Diablo 4 Selfplay Leveling Boosts. For other games such as Forza/COD, we log onto a pre-existing account of yours and mod it. Shortly after purchasing a boost, our team will reach out to you via the contact email you provide at checkout. We will typically require a secondary-authentication code to login to your account (Usually sent to your email/phone number). Account Troubleshooting
WHAT TO DO IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH THE ACCOUNT WHEN LOGGING IN (FH5)
This issue is simple and may appear serious at first but is a very easy fix. We cannot fix this for you, all that is involved is you going to the outlook website and adding some details to your account, typically this is no more than a secondary email & a phone number.
MY GAME CANNOT SYNC, DO I CHOOSE TRY AGAIN OR SYNC LAST SAVED DATA? (FH5)
This is a relatively common error in terms of syncing problems. This is out of my control but it can occasionally work if you click try again, log off wait 2 hours, click try again once more, log off wait 2 hours and then when you log back in proceed to press ‘Sync last saved data’. What should happen is that your account/modded account will have all the contents promised, but sometimes it can appear empty or what we did is reversed. In this case simply contact the staff member that fulfilled your order, and we will log on and re-sync the account as soon as possible.
I REQUIRE A HELLO PIN TO SIGN IN (PC)
This is an “issue” that we get contacted about regularly for PC users. When buyers are logging into accounts we provide, typically PC software will require a “Hello” PIN code. This code is not something we provide, this PIN represents the PIN you set for your computer log in.
HOW TO PROVIDE BACKUP CODES FOR PLAYSTATION
For PS4/PS5 Account Boost orders, to ensure we are able to swiftly log-in we typically request you enable 2-factor authentication and providing us your backup codes. In order to do so, follow these steps:

- Select Settings – Users and Accounts – Account – Security – 2-Step Verification – Text Message – Enter Your Phone Number – Enter Login & Password – OK – Enter code from mobile – Activate – Scroll down - Take a Screenshot or Photo -> Provide it to us (We only require a screenshot/photo of 2 codes)
