In addition to this, we strongly advise not purchase over excessively in the auction house within the first 48hours of receiving your account. The methods in practice in regards to modding these account are completely safe, but ignoring this statement could result in your account being flagged for suspicious activity by the developers for having a unnatural in-game balance. It is required that you already own a copy of the game for you to use our Modded Accounts. Although if you have game pass or even just a game pass trial, they will work. The modded accounts do not come with copies, but as long as you already have it you’ll be able to use the accounts. The same applies for DLC content, if you do not own the DLC you will not be able to use DLC items, such as expansions, cars etc.

Although, Personal Account Mod/Account Boost orders typically requires a brief back-and-forth interaction, as a secondary authentication code is typically required to log into pre-existing accounts. If you are unable to respond to our staff members request of the authorisation code, and is therefore unable to fulfill the order within the 12/24 hour period it will not contribute towards the “<12/24hr Delivery”. We request that if you are looking to purchase the Express Delivery option for a Personal Account Mod/Account Boost, you are frequently checking your emails (and Spam/Junk Folder) fairly frequently so that our team can assist you in receiving your items as quickly as possible.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Our Premade Modded Accounts are simply a login that we email to you shortly after you purchase. This login is in the form of an email & password that you can login to, for Series X/S, One, One S/X etc & PC, any details of the account (email/password) can be changed as you please once we deliver it.
After you order a Premade Account, our team will provide this login via the contact email you provide at checkout. With our 'Instant Delivery' option, this occurs instantaneously upon purchasing.
We provide ‘Ban Warranty’, meaning that in the extremely unlikely event of your Premade Account receiving a ban, we will provide you with a replacement. Although, this is rarely ever required, as there is no dedicated anti-cheat/auto-ban system.
For Personal Mods & Credit + Spin packs, we log onto a pre-existing account of yours and mod it. We are renound for our transparency & reputability, we understand if you are not comfortable with this process at first, but we hope our Trustpilot reviews reflect our credibility.
Shortly after purchasing a Personal Account Mod/Credit + Spin pack, our team will reach out to you via the contact email you provide at checkout. We will typically require a secondary-authentication code to login to your account (Typically sent to your email/phone number). Once we are logged in, we will mod your accounts with your chosen contents.
By modding your Personal Account, none of your account contents will be changed/overwritten, the contents on your account will remain the same such as your cars, progression, designs/tunes. Our Modded Contents will simply be added aswell as what you already have on your account.

ACCOUNT/CREDIT LOG-IN TROUBLESHOOTING
This issue is simple and may appear serious at first but is a very easy fix. We cannot fix this for you, all that is involved is you going to the outlook website and adding some details to your account, typically this is no more than a secondary email & a phone number.
This is a relatively common error in terms of syncing problems. This is out of my control but it can occasionally work if you click try again, log off wait 2 hours, click try again once more, log off wait 2 hours and then when you log back in proceed to press ‘Sync last saved data’. What should happen is that your account/modded account will have all the contents promised, but sometimes it can appear empty or what we did is reversed. In this case simply contact the staff member that fulfilled your order, and we will log on and re-sync the account as soon as possible.
This is an “issue” that we get contacted about regularly for PC users. When buyers are logging into accounts we provide, typically PC software will require a “Hello” PIN code. This code is not something we provide, this PIN represents the PIN you set for your computer log in.
If you try and sell the Deluxos we add onto your account too quickly, you will be automatically limited to selling around 2 cars/day for a week. To avoid this, follow these steps:
- Wait 24 hours upon receiving your Account Boost before selling cars.
- Do not sell more than 2 cars per hour.
- Do not sell more than 7 cars per 30 hours. The 30 hour countdown begins upon you selling the first car.
For PS4/PS5 Account Boost orders, to ensure we are able to swiftly log-in we typically request you enable 2-factor authentication and providing us your backup codes. In order to do so, follow these steps:
- Select Settings - Account Management - Account Information - Security - 2-Step Verification - Backup Codes – Take a Screenshot or Photo -> Provide it to us (We only require a screenshot/photo of 2 codes)
- Select Settings – Users and Accounts – Account – Security – 2-Step Verification – Text Message – Enter Your Phone Number – Enter Login & Password – OK – Enter code from mobile – Activate – Scroll down - Take a Screenshot or Photo -> Provide it to us (We only require a screenshot/photo of 2 codes)
