X52 Resonator & All Event Rewards in BO6 & Warzone3 min read

Players have a chance to get a unique weapon, the X52 Resonator. Along with a variety of cosmetic rewards and attachments during the Echoes of the Dead event in Black Ops 6 and Warzone. The challenge series has a Halloween theme. Here’s how to go throughout each step.

What you’re unlocking

• Classified as a full-auto weapon with a rapid rate of fire, long range, and powerful recoil, the X52 Resonator was a new special weapon in Season 6.
• A finishing move (“Predator”)
• A new attachment (GPMG-7 Muzzle Booster)
• A weapon charm (“Cool Helm”),
• A Double XP token, a calling card (“Blast Burn”),
• A decal (“Weaponry”),
• A mastery camo (“Toxic Metal”),

and many more of other rewards are also available.

How to unlock the X52 Resonator

You only have to finish one of the mode-specific tasks listed below (choose a mode you play the most) to unlock the X52 Resonator:

• Multiplayer: Get 150 eliminations.
• Zombies: Eliminate 500 zombies in Haunted Havoc mode.
• Warzone: Get 25 eliminations in Zombies Royale mode.

Unlocking the rest of the event rewards

All rewards have a unique challenge, and for many of them, you may select between multiplayer, zombies, or warzone. Highlights include the following:

• Finishing move “Predator”: Multiplayer – finish any match in the top-3 score; Zombies: eliminate 10 Mimics in Haunted Havoc; Warzone: get two eliminations without reloading.
  
• GPMG-7 Muzzle Booster (attachment): Multiplayer – 50 eliminations with LMGs; Zombies: 300 zombie kills with LMGs; Warzone:  5 eliminations with LMGs (Casual mode recommended). Grab Double XP codes to boost your grind.
  
• Weapon charm “Cool Helm”: Multiplayer – earn 20,000 total score; Zombies: earn 50,000 Essence in Haunted Havoc; Warzone: open 25 loot caches in Zombies Royale. Make sure your rig is ready for the fight! Check the system requirements to ensure smooth gameplay.
  
• Double XP Token (1 hour): Multiplayer – 10 kills with lethal equipment; Zombies: kill 10+ zombies with a single scorestreak three times; Warzone: get a kill with lethal equipment.
  
• Calling card “Blast Burn”: Multiplayer – earn five Double Kill medals or better; Zombies: earn five Massacre medals (10 rapid kills); Warzone: get three or more eliminations in a match twice.
  
• Large decal “Weaponry”: Multiplayer – get 10 kills using melee weapons; Zombies – get 30 zombie kills using melee weapons; Warzone: complete a Bounty contract.
  
• Mastery camo “Toxic Metal”: Unlocks once you complete the seven of the above rewards.

Tips & best practices

1. Prioritize and schedule your sessions appropriately because there is not much time left before the event closes on October 23. Level up fast with BO6 bot lobbies.

2. Since you can achieve LMG eliminations more readily in Warzone, the LMG attachment challenge is easier in Casual/Relaxed settings.

3. Complete the entire camo set. You have to finish all seven challenges if you truly want “Toxic Metal.” Be sure that you include each reward. 

Try to do the tasks before the event ends, either by grinding in Warzone, Multiplayer, or Zombies. You’ll also receive some special equipment and cosmetic accessories for your loadouts. Have fun while hunting!
