League Of Legends Arena 2025 New Features, Ranks, & More3 min read

League Of Legends Arena

Riot Games has officially announced the return of the popular League of Legends Arena mode. It’s set to introduce brand-new features, augments, and some exciting changes that’ll make players feel all the progress they’re doing. This game mode won’t come with the stress of ranks. In this article, we’ll discuss everything there is about the Arena mode in League of Legends.

The LoL Arena Ranking System

Once you’re done unlocking Sigils in League of Legends: The Demon Hands, you can start looking forward to the return of the Arena mode. In 2025 as well, the mode contains five ranks, but the devs have enhanced the ranking system to introduce fame levels to track a player’s progress. The five fame levels in the mode are Wood, Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Gladiator.

Progression is simple, with players being required to get Fame by coming in the top 4 teams in LoL Arena matches. You can also earn bonus fame once you survive more rounds, play more champions (extra bonuses anytime you either play, win, or finish at the top with a brand-new character), and use the Bravery Button (it locks random champions, adding 30 points).

You can also get additional bonus fame by playing a Crowd Favorite champion, which awards players 10 points. Riot Games’ mysterious MMR system is also constantly working behind the scenes to make sure that there’s fair matchmaking. This means that you’ll be paired with players with almost the same skillset as you regardless of their rank. You can also boost your wins!

The biggest change in the mode is the increase in the number of duos in every lobby. Last year, the mode featured four duos, but now you’ll see up to 16 players in every lobby. This means that there’ll be a lot more chaotic late-game fights. Although it does make the game a whole more exciting, it’ll also be a bit more challenging to end up in the top four in League of Legends.

League of Legends Arena Gameplay

The mode has a lot to offer, so make sure to get yourself an account for sale from the MitchCactus website so that you don’t miss out on the fun. There are a few improvements made to the mode, including the fact that it won’t feature Runes. It was done to make space for Augments. Moreover, you can preset summoner spells and there’s a semi-draft pick.

The latter allows a player from each team to make a pick, with those picks getting revealed before locking in the second champion. Last but not least, there’ll be simultaneous bans, so all bans will happen at the same time. This will allow several people to ban the same League of Legends champion. The mode has a lot more to offer, so make sure to explore it properly.

Conclusion

That’s all there is to know about the League of Legends Arena mode in 2025. The game continues to expand and introduce new updates, with Season 3 promising WASD movement and more.
