Grow a Garden continues to gain popularity by introducing exciting mechanics in the game’s latest Beanstalk event update. The event recently introduced a Garden Guide book, a feature allowing players to view their profile and all their stored stats. In this article, we’ll discuss everything there is about this latest Garden Guide feature in Grow a Garden and how to use it!
Using Garden Guide In Grow a Garden
Similar to the shops in the game, the Garden Guide book is also an exciting feature to help players out. In other words, it helps them track their progress, unlocked cosmetics, and the plants that have already been discovered. The Garden Guide is offered to players as soon as the game opens up, with it being the very first item on their hotbar. Here’s a guide on using the item:
- Press the hotbar’s corresponding key, or simply left click on the garden guide present in your Grow a Garden inventory to equip the item in your hand.
- Once that’s done, press the left button on the mouth to open the book.
- You’ll see the garden guide UI show up on the screen, displaying the player profile.
- From here, you can open any of the tabs featured on the left to access them. You can view your progress when it comes to XP from the Player tab, different achievements, Daily Quests, and what plants, pets, or cosmetics you’ve unlocked.
Everything You’ll Find In Garden Guide
The Garden Guide is a red book used to view complete stats. Now that you know how to use this tool in the game, you should also check what features it contains. The left side features multiple tabs you can open up to see all the details they hold. Here’s a guide on the tabs:
Achievements
This is a new feature used to get valuable rewards, but you can only claim them once. It starts with common achievements, and then goes up to prismatic rarity, allowing you to get better rewards in the game.
Cosmetics
This tab features all the cosmetic items in Grow a Garden, with the locked items letting you guess everything you haven’t unlocked yet. You own the items you see.
Daily Quests
This tab features three quests that are refreshed every day. The quests are quite simple like harvesting fruits, planting seeds, and more. Therefore, you can complete all three to get three seed packs. You can also get Sheckles to gain the upper hand.
Food Items
Once in this tab, left click on the unlocked food items to see all the foods’ recipes and their descriptions. After that, you can open the guide and look at the recipe of anything you need help making or to see which ingredients are required to craft it.
Pets
The pets tab features all the pets you own, with the locked ones being shown in a grayscale behind a question mark. In other words, this tab allows you to read the description of the pets and its nature once you left click on the pet’s box. You can also unlock more pets by getting them at a low price from the MitchCactus website.
Plants
This tab features the crops in the game, with the unlocked ones being completely visible and the locked ones shadowed. However, you can access the locked ones by finding their seed first. You can click the crops to view the plant’s description, which states their highest valued discovery, type, and sale values.
Conclusion
That’s all there is to know about the Garden Guide in Grow a Garden. You can use it wisely to view your progress, achievements, and a lot more. Furthermore, you can further make your garden stand out by customizations, but you don’t actually need Robux in the game to do so.
