The MW3 and Warzone Season 3 update officially launches on Wednesday, April 3rd. New content is confirmed to release for Multiplayer, Warzone and Zombies. For details on what is releasing in each mode, checkout the information below for Modern Warfare III Season 3:

RELEASE SCHEDULE
Season 3 is confirmed to begin for Modern Warfare 3, Warzone and Warzone Mobile on Wednesday, April 3rd at 9am PT, 11am CT, and 12pm ET. Preloads should begin to roll out 24 to 36 hours before launch, exclusively on Playstation and Battlenet.
MULTIPLAYER
As of now, not much information is known about MW3 Season 3 Multiplayer, but code names were found for upcoming maps, which may release soon:
- Operation Avalanche (War)
- Operation Kuzka (War)
- Arcade (2v2 or 6v6)
- Dubai (2v2 or 6v6)
- Kinnetic (2v2 or 6v6)
- Seafort (2v2 or 6v6)
- Trident (2v2 or 6v6)
- Venice (2v2 or 6v6)
WEAPONS
Several weapons from Advanced Warfare are returning to MW3 and Warzone Season 3. Dozens of new aftermarket parts were also discovered, some of which are for MW2 (2022) weapons.

OPERATORS
It appears several crossover operators are releasing throughout Season 3, including a new skin for Snoop Dogg! For months now, Campaign character Milena Romnaova has been rumored to become a playable operator. A list of upcoming operators and new crossover skins include:

- Kappa (codename)
- Blackcell Season 3??
- Shimo, Godzilla and Skarr cosplay skins (Godzilla x Kong: New Empire)
ZOMBIES
Fans have speculated that MW3 Zombies won’t be receiving any major updates until mid season moving forward, but that has yet to be confirmed by Treyarch. Quite a bit of information is known about what’s coming to MWZ in the future, some of which is likely for Season 3 exclusively:
- Wallet System (returning from DMZ)
- NEW Act 4 Mission (focussed on Ava)
- New Dark Aether Rift (Zarqwa Hydroelectric)
- PVPVE LTM For MW3 Zombies
- Four New Schematics (Details Unknown)
WARZONE
A long awaited map is set to return to resurgence, just one season after Fortune’s Keep was added back into rotation. Rebirth Island is officially making it’s return on April 3rd, now marked as Rebirth day. Other content includes:
- Rebirth Island Resurgence
- Rebirth Island Ranked Play
- New Scooter Vehicle
- Specialist Perk Package
- Free Blueprint Unlock
- Free 4 Year Anniversary Blueprint
WARZONE MOBILE
Although Warzone Mobile just globally released on March 21st, a serious title update is being planned for April 3rd in both the limited multiplayer and for battle royale. Updates include:
- All Season 3 Weapons and Cosmetics
- Rust (6v6)
- Search and Destroy (Multiplayer Mode)
- SOA Subverter, Soulrender and Stormender (back log)
- Verdansk Ranked
- Verdansk Plunder
- Training Mode
- Additional Stability Fixes
SEASONAL PRESTIGE
MW3, Warzone and Warzone Mobile are confirmed to provide players with an additional 200 levels to grind, bringing the cap to 650, or the equivalent of Prestige 13. Players be able to earn free cosmetics like a blueprint or operator for hitting max rank in Season 3.
