On Terminus

Once an Elite Zombie is eliminated, such as Mangler or Amalgam, they often leave behind a loot Key in many rarities. Players can collect these to unlock Armory, which, as mentioned above, can be found in the Control Room. 

When they reach the control center, a wall will be lined with windows. Players can now engage with the door just to the left of these windows, and they will enter the Armory. However, it is crucial to note that players will only have 45 seconds to utilize their Loot Key on any of these green cabinets, where they will receive valuable rewards like Essence, Weapons, Perks, Equipment, etc. 

On Liberty Falls

Players can use the Loot Keys inside the Bank Vault at the Savings and Loans Building on this map. 

However, unlike Terminus, where Armory is easily accessible, accessing the Bank Vault and Loans demands players to get six-digit codes concealed around the Liberty Falls map. It is to be noted, though, that this code will vary on each run. Hence, players must find it to open the Bank Vault in their session.
