Here are a few things you can try to get the problem sorted:

Fix 1: Give Steam A Quick Restart And Run It As Admin

First things first – just restart your PC and then restart Steam from the system. Then you can right-click the Steam icon and select ‘Run as administrator’. Most people find that this one simple fix sorts out the problem completely because it clears up any permission issues.

Fix 2: Manually Sort Out Easy Anti-Cheat
