Black Ops 7 Camo

Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 is right around the corner and is set to introduce a bunch of exciting things, including weapons, maps, and more. Not only this, but the multiplayer reveal trailer and blog post for the game also revealed some of the progression coming to the game. In this game, we’ll discuss all the details regarding the weapon camo grind in Call of Duty: Black Ops 7!

Black Ops 7 Enhances Camo Grind

Camo grinding is a huge part of Call of Duty, with players spending plenty of hours to level up each weapon and completing camo challenges. This allows you to earn camos and unlock Mastery camos in Multiplayer. Even though weapon camos are back with a bang in Black Ops 7, the multiplayer reveal showed some massive changes that make the grind easier.

You can get military camos through headshots/weapon kills, but for special camos, you’ll need to complete certain challenges. When it comes to the Mastery Camos, you’ll have to complete much more difficult and unique challenges specific to the weapon category. Both Regular and Mastery camos are available in Zombies, Warzone, Multiplayer, and Campaign (first time).

On top of the latest Campaign camo grind, the game will also add a bunch of changes to the camo grind. This means that you can easily get the Singularity camo in the game, which is one of the rarest ones. The main part of these changes is the fact that players will only need 80 headshots instead of the usual 100 to get their hands on military camos in Black Ops 7.

9 total camos

The game will only feature nine camos that will follow a path that makes much more sense now. Therefore, at every 10-headshot interval beyond the first two military camos, players will get their hands on a brand-new camo. Once players reach the 80 headshot mark, they can move on to special camos, with Black Ops 7 featuring three of these for every weapon in the game.

Once you’ve completed the special camos, you can get your hands on the four Mastery Camos, which haven’t been revealed yet. If you want to skip this grind, you can boost your weapon level instantly from the MitchCactus website. Black Ops 6 required players to get 100 headshots to get military camos, whereas Black Ops 7 will now require 20 fewer compared to its predecessor.

What other changes are in the camo grind?

It might not sound like a huge deal to many players, but multiplayer contains more than 30 weapons. This means that players will need to get almost 600 fewer headshots to get all the military camos in Black Ops 7. What’s even more interesting is that both sniper rifles and shotguns won’t need headshots like they did in Black Ops 6. Instead of that, you’ll have to accumulate 80 blank kills for shotguns in Black Ops 7 and 80 one-shot kills for snipers.

Conclusion

That’s all there is to know about the changes Treyarch has made to the camo grind in CoD: Black Ops 7. Players have many questions about the upcoming game, with the most popular being whether it will be on Game Pass. Unfortunately, we aren’t sure yet.
