A now-deleted Instagram post from the Australian auto import company Cult & Classic has one of the most important pieces of evidence. Push Square says that the tweet contained a member of the Forza Horizon team taking pictures of the Kei cars in Australia.

The post also mentioned that rare Japanese micro-vehicles are being used as models for the new series. Especially unique to Japan are kei cars, which are usually small. They are governed by certain laws there, and not found in huge numbers outside of Japan.
According to Windows Central, confidential files suggest Forza Horizon 6 might be launched at the September Tokyo Game Show (TGS) 2025. This would further spark rumors.
