Horizon Rush events in Forza Horizon 6 are a blast. These fun, wristband-based races are all about speed, hitting air, and generally causing a ruckus off-road. Here’s the thing: it’s not about being a hero or setting some kind of record time; you just need to cross the finish line.
How Horizon Rush Events Actually Work
Forza Horizon 6 has three different Horizon Rush events to get through, and you only need to master one of them. These wristband-based events are part of the bigger Festival Playlist, and your progress through them will help unlock other wristbands.
How to Find Horizon Rush Events
Open Map Filters
To locate Horizon Rush events:
- Open your map
- Go to filters
- Disable everything
- Enable only Wristband Events
Not all wristband events are Horizon Rush events, so this step is important.
The 3 Horizon Rush Events You Can Play
- Pier Pressure (Ford RS 200 Event): A fast off-road race with sharp turns and technical driving sections.
- Off Piste (Peugeot 207 Event): Located at the top of the map, this event is smoother but longer.
- Launch Control (Subaru Event): Located at the bottom of the map and clearly marked as a Horizon Rush event in-game.
All three count as valid Horizon Rush events in Forza Horizon 6, so you can choose freely. If you want stronger performance in races, picking the right cars for seasonal championships can make a huge difference. Check out the guide to make the right choice.
The Easiest Way to Complete the Challenge
The challenge (often called “What a Rush”) is actually very simple. The key rule is:
You do not need:
- 3-star score
- Fastest time
- Perfect driving
You only need to:
- Enter any Horizon Rush event
- Finish the race from start to end
Once you cross the finish line, Horizon Rush events will automatically count as completed.
