Forza Horizon 6 Photo Challenges, a trick to them is figuring out which car and location you need to use. See the objectives before you jump in your car; it’s not just about getting a great photo that’ll seal the deal.
Read the Photo Challenge Before You Get Behind the Wheel
First off, pick out an electric domestic car from your collection. Then hop on over to the Nangan region on the side of the map.
Find that 7-Eleven store near the World Car Meet. Get parked outside the 7-Eleven, fire up Photo Mode and grab a snap of your character standing in front of that building with your car parked up next to it.
Note: It’s important to check the in-game Photo Challenge requirements before you even start taking photos; the rules may change on the hop.
Choose the Right Car and End Up in the Right Place
Grab an electric domestic vehicle and make it to the 7-Eleven store in Nangan. It’s close to the World Car Meet. Just make sure you park right in front of the store itself before you activate Photo Mode.
| Check | What to do |
|---|---|
| Required car | Select an electric domestic vehicle |
| Required location | Find the 7-Eleven store in Nangan |
| Photo setup | Position your car in front of the store |
Take the Photo Using the In-Game Capture
Open Photo Mode and frame your car and the 7-Eleven store. If you need help with the controls, follow our Forza Horizon 6 Photo Mode guide to learn how to take an in-game photo. Select the option to stand outside your vehicle if the challenge requires your character in the photo. Use the capture prompt shown on screen to take the picture.
Check the in-game feedback to confirm the challenge is complete. A screenshot taken with your device may not count as an in-game photo. Do not share or publish the image unless the objective specifically asks you to.
Confirm Completion and Check the Reward
Festival Playlist activities rotate, so review the active challenge and its requirements in-game. You can also see the Series 1 overview for the details.
Return to the Festival Playlist and check that #LightLunch is marked complete. The challenge rewards 2 Playlist points and the 7-Eleven Uniform. The points count toward seasonal rewards.
The challenge runs from October 8 to October 15, 2026. See the reward status before leaving. The Collection Journal tracks discoveries across Japan, while the Festival Playlist tracks challenge progress.
Why Is an FH6 Photo Challenge Not Completing?
If the Forza Horizon 6 photo challenges are not complete, check these conditions one by one:
- Wrong car: Use an Eclectic Domestic car, not simply any electric vehicle.
- Wrong location: Take the photo at the 7-Eleven Car Meet in Nangan.
- Photo not registered: Open Photo Mode and take a fresh in-game photo with the car visible.
- Challenge expired: Check whether #LightLunch is still available in the Festival Playlist.
The current objective requires a photo of an Eclectic Domestic car at the 7-Eleven Car Meet. If it still does not register, record the objective text and game version before contacting official support.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do Photo Mode settings affect challenge completion?
Your photo must meet the challenge’s requirements. Creative settings can improve the picture, but they cannot replace the required car, location, or subjects.
Are Collection Journal photos the same as Playlist photo challenges?
No. Collection Journal photography records discoveries, while Festival Playlist photo challenges are separate activities. Read the Art of Driving guide for more about the game’s photography features.
Can an old weekly photo guide confirm the current reward?
No. Check the active Festival Playlist, challenge date, and reward details in-game. Older guides may describe different requirements or rewards.
For Light Lunch, focus on meeting the exact photo conditions rather than perfecting the picture. If the challenge remains incomplete, compare your setup with the displayed objective and correct any missing detail before trying again.
If you are missing a specific car required for a challenge, see our Forza Horizon 6 rare cars page for available options.
