Forza Horizon 6 has seen a complete rework of its progression loop courtesy of Playground Games. Freebies are a thing of the past, as wheelspins are locked by thresholds and the main campaign is restricted by a linear seven-tier Wristband system.
If you follow the game’s logic, you’ll be stuck spending hundreds of hours grinding your way to high levels and unlocking all kinds of rewards. Luckily, you don’t need to follow its progression system. This article will discuss the fastest methods currently available to level up in Forza Horizon 6.
Wuling Sunshine XP Farming Method
One of the fastest ways to gain Profile XP is through the game’s Car Mastery system. The best way to grind is the Autoshow itself.
First, purchase the Wuling Sunshine S 2013. The car only costs an absurdly low 2,000 CR, but is listed as a “Rare” car nonetheless. Spend just one skill point on the first node to gain 3,000 XP for the node completion, plus 200 XP for spending the point.
Don’t bother with the twenty-minute races; simply purchase the Wuling, activate the node, and give the car away. Keep repeating the cycle. Within minutes, you’ll be able to stockpile experience by the tens of thousands. If you find yourself running low on Credits to fund this method, you can always buy Forza Horizon 6 Credits to keep the XP farm going indefinitely.
Unlock Wristbands Quickly
While Profile Levels determine access to Wheelspins, the actual gameplay elements, such as unlocking Rushes, Showcases, and Legend Island, can be controlled through Wristbands. You must farm Festival Points.
Use the Promo Camera
Horizon Promo features more than 600 vehicles to photograph, making it one of the easiest sources of Festival Points. For each new ride you capture using the promo camera, you receive ten points towards your next Wristband. Open Photo Mode at the start of each race to capture multiple unique vehicles at once.
Lower the Difficulty
The game gives you a substantial amount of progression just from winning an event on your first try. If you keep restarting races since the AI divebombs you, you are losing time. Lower the difficulty to ensure that you win. The progression bonus is well worth the small amount of credits you lose.
Search for Purple Boards
XP boards now contribute directly toward Wristband progression. A 1,000 XP board gets you 10 points, a 3,000 XP board will give you 30 points, and a 5,000 XP board gives you 50 points. Look for them as soon as they show up on your map.
Do Not Use Fast Travel
They made fast travel free and even added auto-drive, but you should not use either. Manually driving makes you go through Speed Traps, Danger Zones, and Drift Zones. Each stunt will contribute to your Wristband progress.
Link Skill Trigger Conditions
Performing certain moves close to another driver in the open world (such as getting airborne by jumping off a hill as the other driver does) rewards both parties with points. The first time you complete a specific Link Skill, you will get 10 points worth of Wristbands. This is possible without being in an active Convoy.
Final Strategy
No task takes the top spot on the leaderboard. The quickest way to accumulate points combines several smaller tasks, like buying some Wuling Sunshines, taking pictures whenever you participate in any races, using manual driving, and reducing difficulty.
