Fortnite Gorillaz Skins & How To Get Them In Festival3 min read

Fortnite Gorillaz Skins

Fortnite crossovers continue to get a whole lot crazier with each collaboration, ranging from the arrival of iconic superheroes to popular internet memes. However, Epic Games seems to love the music side of things since they’ve introduced some of the world’s biggest popstars over the years. There’s now talk of another group of musical superstars that might be introduced soon!

Fortnite Gorillaz Skins Release Date

Following the launch of the Kai Cenat skin in Fortnite, Epic Games is back with another exciting crossover. The Gorillaz crossover officially came out on Tuesday, August 26, 2025. Fortnite Festival Season 10 has taken a unique approach with this collaboration. Instead of bringing all the skins to the Music Pass, they’ve decided to split them up into different categories.

Therefore, two skins have launched in the Music Pass, whereas two of them came out separately in the in-game store. However, it’s definitely worth it to get your hands on all of these unique skins. For anyone eager to get these skins, then here’s how you can unlock them in Fortnite Festival Season 10!

How To Unlock The Gorillaz Skins In Fortnite?

The Gorillaz collaboration is officially out, with the Gorillaz skins being the Fortnite Festival headliner. You can unlock it through the Music Pass, which costs 1,400 V-Bucks and offers players the opportunity to get their hands on tracks, outfits, and cosmetic items by playing the Festival mode. If you don’t have enough V-Bucks, you can get some from the MitchCactus site.

Unfortunately, you’ll be unable to get the entire band if you opt for the Music Pass. While Russel and Murdoc can be found in the Music Pass, Noodle and 2D were launched in Fortnite’s Item Shop as a completely separate purchase. The two skins cost 1,500 V-Bucks each, but if you’re looking to get your hands on the bundle, then that will cost you 2,600 V-Bucks in the game.

This is a massive change, especially after the Metallica crossover, which introduced four unique band members. The great thing here was that Hetfield and all the other band members were a part of the Music Pass instead of being divided like the Gorillaz skins. Here’s a list of all of the items and skins you can unlock to make the most of the Fortnite x Gorillaz collaboration.

  • Russel (Music Pass)
    • One-Eyed Octopus Back Bling
    • Russel’s Drums
  • Murdoc (Music Pass)
    • Murdoc’s Bass
    • Murdoc’s Cape Back Bling
  • Noodle (Fortnite Store)
    • DARE Emote
    • Noodle’s Axe Guitar
    • Noodle’s Case Back Bling
  • 2D (Fortnite Store)
    • 2D’s Mic
    • 2D’s Megaphone Back Bling
    • Gorillaz Camo Wrap
  • Other (Music Pass)
    • On Melancholy Hill Jam Track

Conclusion

That’s all there is to know about how you can get your hands on the Glorillaz skins in Fortnite. Epic Games continues to bring exciting collaborations that keep players hooked. There’s even talk of Rocket League potentially getting ported to the game. However, nothing is confirmed yet. For now, we gotta make the most of the Gorillaz collaboration before it goes off the market!
