When Patch 26.19 Went Live
Patch 26.19 went live on September 23 as the first round of pro-focused changes before the Worlds patch, 26.20. Riot described the update as targeted tuning, with buffs for potential fringe picks and nerfs for several meta outliers.
Champions Rising in Patch 26.19
The 10 buffed champions are Aatrox, Aphelios, Aurora, Draven, Elise, Fiora, Kha’Zix, Lillia, Master Yi, and Volibear. Several received direct numerical buffs, including Fiora’s health growth and R healing, Kha’Zix’s passive damage, and Lillia’s armor and R sleep duration.
Lucian is the major role-focused adjustment. His Q base damage increased from 80/115/150/185/220 to 90/130/170/210/250, while his Vigilance empowered on-hit damage decreased from 15 (+20% AD) to 5 (+15% AD).

Champions Falling in Patch 26.19
The direct nerfs hit Nasus, Nocturne, Poppy, Rumble, Ryze, and Vi. Nasus’ Q bonus damage dropped from 40/60/80/100/120 to 30/50/70/90/110, with Riot citing his increasingly reliable early stacking and lane sustain.
Lucian’s lower Vigilance damage also reduces some of his bot-lane power, but his Q buff offsets this in other situations. It is an adjustment between roles rather than a straightforward overall nerf.

System Changes: Support and Top Lane Teleport
Patch 26.19 also makes two smaller system changes.
Support: No Support champion received a direct Summoner’s Rift change. Instead, World Atlas and Runic Compass shift some flat health into health regeneration. World Atlas and Runic Compass health changes from 30/100/200 to 0/60/200, while health regeneration rises from 25%/50%/75% to 50%/75%/75%.
Top Lane: The Top Role Quest normally provides additional Teleport access after completing the quest. Its free Teleport cooldown is now 390 seconds instead of 420, while upgraded Unleashed Teleport drops from 330-240 to 300-210 seconds. Riot says the goal is to improve top-lane map influence, particularly for split pushing.
