New Cars in Forza Horizon 5 Series 38
Series 38 introduces five new cars to the Forza Horizon 5 roster, each available through various events:
- 1995 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution III GSR – Available for 20 points during the Summer Festival Playlist.

To easily unlock Series 38 cars and other rewards in Forza Horizon 5, you’ll need plenty of credits to purchase upgrades, vehicles, and more. You can buy Forza Horizon 5 Credits Package from MitchCactus, so you can get between 50 million and 999 million credits, along with additional Superwheelspins.
New Multiplayer Mode: Hide & Seek
One of the most anticipated features of the Series 38 update is the Hide & Seek mode. This multiplayer mode pits players in two roles: Hiders and Seekers. Hiders aim to stay hidden and reach the End Zone, while Seekers must detect and chase them down.
- Hiders need to avoid detection until the End Zone is revealed and then reach it.
- Seekers work to find Hiders and fill their Detection Meter by staying close to them
The Stadium Maze
For Series 38, the Stadium has transformed into a giant maze, challenging players to navigate its twists and turns. The maze, packed with platforms and hidden areas, also serves as a stunning photo-op for solo or group pictures.
The Stadium Maze will be featured in various Festival Playlist challenges.
New Collectible: Detective Tank
The Hidden Horizons update introduces a new collectible item called the Detective Tank. This object is hidden within the Stadium Maze, and smashing 10 Detective Tanks will complete the “In Plain Sight” challenge during the third week of the Festival Playlist.
For players who enjoy creating their own EventLab scenarios, the Detective Tank will also be available as a prop.
New Game Mode Badges and Accolades
With the introduction of the Hide & Seek mode, players will have access to a new progression system that includes exclusive badges and accolades. Each milestone reached in Hide & Seek will unlock new badges, such as:
- Just Getting Started – Reach level 10.
- Hide & Seek Champion – Reach level 1000.
- Secret Spaces – Find hidden spaces within the game mode.
Additional Updates and Bug Fixes
As always, Forza Horizon 5 Series 38 includes a set of bug fixes and quality-of-life improvements. While only a few updates have been highlighted, players can expect more behind-the-scenes improvements when the update goes live. For instance, the Camo Race Suit is a new outfit reward available during the first week’s Expedition Photo Challenge.
