The Forza Horizon 6 Series 7 update introduces two permanent Tokyo race routes, IKEA furniture props, three new-to-Horizon cars, and reduced Festival Playlist point requirements.

This season’s City Life update focuses on urban racing and garage customization, giving players more reasons to explore Horizon Japan as they chase new collectibles and seasonal rewards.

Playground Games released the update on November 2, 2026, and the new Festival Playlist began on November 5. Check the official Forza Horizon 6 Series 7 announcement for the full breakdown, and prepare for Week 2 objectives with our Forza Horizon 6 Photo Challenges guide.

What’s New in the Forza Horizon 6 Series 7 Update?

The City Life update adds two permanent race routes, a collection of IKEA-themed garage props, and new Festival Playlist activities. Playground Games has also adjusted the reward progression. That makes it easier to earn new cars without grinding through as many Playlist points.

Two New Permanent Tokyo City Race Routes

City Life introduces two permanent race routes in Tokyo City:

  • Edo Circuit Road Race: A new road racing route that gives players another competitive option in Tokyo.
  • Shuto Charge Street Race: A new street racing route that brings more urban racing opportunities to Horizon Japan.

Both routes remain available beyond Series 7. You don’t need to complete a limited-time Festival Playlist challenge to continue racing on them. That’s a welcome addition for players who prefer exploring new roads over chasing temporary rewards.

The IKEA Prop Pack and Custom Garage Improvements

Garage builders receive 35 new furniture props from the IKEA Prop Pack, a gaming-inspired collection created in collaboration with Xbox and IKEA. The additions include:

CategoryFeatured Collection Items
FurnitureLounge chairs, shelving units, bookcases, and coffee tables.
LightingVARMBLIXT lamps in several colorways and an IKEA PS 2026 uplighter.
Gaming AccessoriesDedicated controller display boxes, a D-pad cushion, and thumbstick stools.
Decorations & LifestyleDecorative cushions, branded carrier bag, and miscellaneous household items.

These props give Custom Garage owners more options for creating a personal space around their car collection. You can even create a gaming-inspired setup instead of leaving your garage looking like a showroom. The series includes 35 props, so builders have plenty to experiment with.

Returning Activities and City Life Collectibles

Series 7 also brings back the Edamame Time Attack Circuit, which first appeared in the Series 4 Horizon Mascot Party update. Players can find it at Horizon Stadium and try again to improve their times.

There are several limited-time collectibles and cosmetic rewards to chase, too:

Reward ItemUnlock Method & Operational Requirements
Tower Power BadgeEarned by participating and playing during the City Life series window.
Keyboard Typing HornCity-themed audio cosmetic available through seasonal event progression.
Pedestrian Crossing Chirp / Cuckoo HornsUnlockable cosmetic rewards featured in the Festival Playlist.
Halo Shield Recharge HornEarned by locating 15 Gashapon Machine Collectibles at Daikoku during Week 2.
RingRing EmoteUnlockable seasonal emote reward.

The Master Chief Outfit and Gashapon collectibles give players a reason to check the Week 2 objectives rather than focusing solely on the new cars.

All Forza Horizon 6 Series 7 Festival Playlist Reward Cars

This season also features 10 Festival Playlist reward cars, split between two series-wide rewards and eight weekly seasonal rewards. Lower point requirements make collection easier, but track weekly rotations to avoid missing anything.

Here’s the complete reward lineup:

Honda S660 Alpha and Honda N600

The two headline series rewards are the 2016 Honda S660 Alpha and the 1970 Honda N600. You’ll need 60 PTS for the S660 Alpha and 120 PTS for the N600. Both are available throughout the full Series 7 schedule.

The Honda S660 Alpha is particularly interesting because it joins the Horizon roster as a new-to-Horizon vehicle. If you’re collecting unusual Japanese cars, it’s worth making this one of your first targets.

The N600 requires twice as many points, so don’t leave all your series progress for the final week. Instead, spread your Playlist activities across the four seasonal rotations.

Summer Rewards: November 5 to November 12

The opening Summer season offers two very different vehicles:

  • 2025 Citroën Ami (15 PTS): A compact electric quadricycle that stands out from the usual performance-focused Playlist rewards.
  • 1996 Toyota Starlet Glanza V (30 PTS): A small Japanese hot hatch with a much stronger enthusiast appeal.

Start with the 15-point Ami if you’re short on time, then work toward the Starlet. Both rewards expire when the Summer season ends on November 12.

Autumn Rewards: November 12 to November 19

Autumn switches the focus to two compact European performance cars:

  • 2011 Alfa Romeo Giulietta Quadrifoglio Verde (15 PTS): A sporty hatchback from Alfa Romeo.
  • 2016 Abarth 695 Biposto (30 PTS): A lightweight, performance-focused version of the Fiat 500-based Abarth lineup.

Winter Rewards: November 19 to November 26

Winter brings two older European cars:

  • 1987 FIAT Panda (15 PTS): A practical little classic with plenty of character.
  • 1989 Volkswagen Rallye Golf (30 PTS): A more performance-oriented addition for players who enjoy classic Volkswagen models.

Spring Rewards: November 26 to December 3

The final seasonal rotation closes Series 7 with two classic vehicles:

  • 1966 Hillman Imp (15 PTS): A small British rear-engined classic.
  • 1974 Toyota Corolla SR5 (30 PTS): An older Toyota model that rounds out the series with another Japanese classic.

FH6 Car Pass November 2026: All Four New Cars and Release Dates

The November Car Pass lineup adds four more vehicles, separate from the 10 Festival Playlist rewards. These cars arrive weekly, so players with access to the Car Pass can add them to their garages as they become available.

Release DateFeatured Vehicle
November 52025 Ford Mustang GTD
November 122025 Volkswagen Electric (ID) Buzz
November 191983 Nissan 240RS
November 262025 Porsche Macan GTS

The lineup spans several driving styles, from the high-performance Mustang GTD to the electric Volkswagen and the classic Nissan rally machine. The Porsche Macan GTS rounds out the month as a performance SUV.

Keep in mind that Car Pass vehicles aren’t unlocked with Festival Playlist points. You’ll need the Car Pass or an eligible edition that includes it. Check which edition you own before expecting these cars to show up in your garage.

FH6 Series 7 Patch Notes: Important Gameplay Changes and Fixes

The Series 7 patch does more than introduce new cars and garage decorations. Playground Games has adjusted Festival Playlist progression, updated leaderboard records, and addressed several gameplay and vehicle issues.

Here are the changes you should know before the new season begins.

Reduced Festival Playlist Point Requirements

The most significant player-facing change is the reduced Festival Playlist reward requirements. Seasonal reward cars now require only 15 PTS for the first vehicle and 30 PTS for the second. The two series-wide Honda rewards require 60 PTS and 120 PTS, respectively.

This makes collecting the weekly cars less demanding, especially for players who don’t have time to complete every available Playlist activity. Prioritize the limited-time rewards first, then use the remaining weeks to work toward the Honda vehicles.

PR Stunt Leaderboard Reset

Playground Games is resetting the affected PR Stunt leaderboards to address exploited scores.

The reset covers:

  • Danger Signs
  • Drift Zones
  • Speed Zones
  • Speed Traps
  • Trailblazers

There’s one important distinction: previously earned Collection Journal records remain unlocked. You won’t lose that progress just because leaderboard scores are wiped.

Additionally, the patch also resolved an issue where the Percentage Map Discovered statistic would not reach 100% even after discovering the entirety of each Region.

New Garage and Autoshow Playlist Filter

The update introduces a new filter in the Garage and Autoshow to help players identify vehicles eligible for active Festival Playlist events. This is a useful quality-of-life improvement. Instead of scrolling through your entire collection to find a suitable car, you can narrow the selection when preparing for Playlist activities.

Seasonal Championship and Gameplay Adjustments

Series 7 also changes how certain Seasonal Championships handle difficulty.

Update CategoryTechnical Modification & Patch Details
Solo Seasonal ChampionshipsDynamic difficulty scaling updated to match the exact player-selected difficulty level.
Co-op Seasonal ChampionshipsAI difficulty increased across all cooperative seasonal championship events.
Trailblazer ThresholdsAdjusted Bridge Underpasses Trailblazer completion targets across all PI classes.
Convoy System FixesResolved visual rendering and convoy visibility issues at Custom Estates locations.

These changes should make solo event preparation more consistent while providing cooperative players with a tougher challenge.

Vehicle Fixes and Performance Changes

Playground Games has also addressed select vehicle issues, including a performance adjustment for the Ginetta G40 Junior.

The patch includes additional visual, dashboard, and customization fixes for certain vehicles. If you regularly switch between different cars, these minor corrections should help resolve some of the issues players encounter during normal gameplay.

Forza Horizon 6 Series 7 Schedule: Every Season and Important Dates

The City Life Festival Playlist runs from November 5 through December 3, 2026, in four weekly seasons. The update arrived on November 2, giving players a brief window before the new reward rotation begins. Here’s the complete schedule:

Final Thoughts

Forza Horizon 6 Series 7 gives players plenty of reasons to return. That includes easier Festival Playlist rewards, new Tokyo routes, and three cars making their Horizon debuts. The best approach is to claim each week’s limited-time vehicles before December 3 while earning enough points for both Honda series rewards.
