Delete Your User Data

Overview

If you would like us to remove your MitchCactus account, you can do this from your account settings while you are logged in. This page explains where to find the delete option and what to expect before you confirm the action.

If you are already signed in, you can go directly to the Settings page in My Account to start the process.

How to delete your account

1. Log in to your MitchCactus account.
2. Open My Account Settings.
3. Scroll to the Delete account section.
4. Click the Delete account button.
5. Confirm the deletion request when prompted.

Important information

This action is permanent. Once you confirm the request, your account will be deleted and you will lose access to that account area.

For security reasons, you must be logged in to your own account to use the self-service delete option. If you cannot access your account, contact our support team and include the email address associated with your account.
