How to Log into your Valorant Account

Here’s how to log into the Valorant Account you’ve purchased from us:

How It Works

Your Valorant Account will be delivered as a Riot ID + Password, and an Email + Password. 

  • The Riot ID and Password will be used to log into the account via account.riotgames.com
  • The Email address and Password will be used to verify your log-in (if needed), and change any account credentials.
    • Some accounts (Such as Ranked-Ready Smurfs) will be delivered with an unverified email, meaning you can immediately link your own without any code needed.
  • After you receive the account, you can connect your platform of choice, such as Xbox/Playstation, or just log directly in via the Riot Client app on PC.

How To Log In

  1. Use your Riot ID and Password to log in at account.riotgames.com (Such as mitchid123 and #password123)
  2.  You may require an email verification code to log-in, which can be retrieved using your email credentials. In most cases, it will be an outlook.com email, which you can directly log in to.
  3. Additionally, the outlook email may also have it’s own backup email, which you can retrieve a code from similarly. We’re always here to help along the way!
  4. Once you’re logged into the account, you can head to ‘Connected Accounts’ under Account Management and link an Xbox or Playstation account if needed.
  5. For the purposes of our warranty (read more below), we’d recommend that you keep the original account email the same, but the password can be changed however you’d like.

How To Retrieve Byom.de Email Codes

Some of our accounts may have a byom.de linked to the email, which you’ll retrieve with the credentials. This email may need to be used to get an authentication code, here’s how:

Step 1: When you sign into the outlook, Press ‘Email code to eg****@byom.de’, which of course would display as the byom.de recovery email that you received:

Step 2: After pressing the ‘Email code’ option in Step 1, simply enter in the full ‘byom.de’ email you received. From here, press ‘Send code’.

Step 3: Now you’ll need to retrieve your Outlook authentication code from Byom.de – Upon entering the website, just enter in your byom.de email (For example: example@byom.de).

Step 4: Upon entering in the email (no password is needed), it will load up the emails received to this address. From here, you can press on the most recent email from Microsoft account team, and you’ll the 7-digit single-use code (as underlined ‘8319155’ is an example).

How Does Warranty Work?

We offer a free 3 month warranty on all accounts we offer. It is possible to extend this warranty up to 6 months in many scenarios as well.

The warranty covers scenarios in which:

  • The account does not or is not as described;
  • Loss of account due to account recovery by the previous owner;
  • Account bans due to the ownership transfer; and
  • Account bans due to offenses made by the previous owner.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Account bans due to your actions (for example, you cheated on the account);
  • Loss of access to the account unrelated to us (such as forgetting the password, we’ll help you in these scenarios but warranty is not obligated);
  • Account bans due to not following our instructions (Such as being told not to contact game support, but did so anyways); and
  • Reselling the account to someone else.

A particular instruction we request is that if you purchase a rare/stacked account, do not change the provided email on the account. So for example, if your account came with the email mitchval1@outlook.com, do not change it. This is for your protection, as if you make a claim that it was revoked by a prior owner, we can follow the email trail and resolve the issue ASAP.
