How to Log In to your ARC Raiders Account

Hello! You are probably seeing this page because you recently purchased a ARC Raiders Account from us, here is how you can log in to the account.

These steps are EXTREMELY IMPORTANT. If they are not followed exactly, you may accidentally unlink the original profile from the Embark Account (or cause a similar issue), which will result in the permanent loss of all account contents.

If this happens, we will not be able to provide a free replacement, as restoring the items would require repeating the full farming process from scratch.

⚠️IMPORTANT NOTES⚠️

• Do NOT unlink the account from any platform: this will permanently delete all progress.
• Do NOT change the region or purchase ANY in-game items on the account for at least 7 days.
• Try to avoid being reported in-game, as this can trigger penalties on your profile.

Log In Steps

1. Go to: https://id.embark.games/en/id/sign-in
2. Sign in using the account you received from us by selecting the matching platform login on the Embark website.
   • For example: Your credentials will include the Platform of your account in the delivery, such as Steam, or Xbox, such as:
     • Email | Password (Xbox Account) = Sign In Here: https://www.microsoft.com/; or
     • Username | Password (Steam Account) = Sign In Here: https://store.steampowered.com/login/; or
     • Choose the platform sign-in that matches the account provided in your delivery.
3. Select the ARC Raider Game from the top-right corner and follow the Connected Platform instructions.
4. Link your platform account (Epic Games / Xbox / Playstation / Steam).
5. Launch the game and check that the transfer/progress is complete.
6. Log out from the top-right corner of the website.
7. Sign in again using your platform account (Epic Games / Xbox / PlayStation).
8. If you’re not on Steam: You can now click ‘Unlink Steam Account’ and play on your preferred platform.

Summary

Sign in using the platform account we provided, link your own platform, launch the game and confirm the contents, and then you may unlink the original platform if you wish.

If you plan to play on the same platform we provided (e.g. you received an Xbox account and will play on Xbox), no unlinking is required.

Overall it’s pretty straightforward, but we do need to be very clear as if it’s done in the incorrect way, you can lose the contents.

Game Copy Purchase

As clearly stated in the product description, our ARC Raiders Accounts do not include a copy of the game. You have two options:

1. If you add the account as a new profile on your console or through the PC Microsoft Store and already own the game, you won’t need to purchase it again — your existing license will be shared with the new profile.
2. If you’re using Steam, or don’t already own the game on your platform, you’ll need to purchase a copy on the platform you plan to play on.
