Call of Duty’s popular round-based Zombies mode has returned in Black Ops 6, with fans already busy taking hordes of the undead and exploring its two new maps. If you’re a veteran or a beginner, you’ll still need some essential tips and tricks to get started in the mode to make sure that you’re ready to tackle the mysteries and Easter Eggs the maps feature. In this article, we’ll dive deeper into those to make sure that you come out the other side unscathed.
Important Black Ops 6 Zombies Tips & Tricks
- Tip 1 – In Black Ops 6, you’ll always possess a Knife since this is a default in your loadout. If you wish to use your Knife, make sure to press and hold the Melee button, after which your operator will switch out the weapon for the Knife.
- Tip 2 – Players can upgrade their knife rarity after interacting with an Arsenal vending machine and a Pack-a-Punched machine. This is one of the most useful options to one-shot Zombies in middling ground for people who have Essence in spare.
- Tip 3 – Once you Pack-a-Punch a weapon, it completely refills its ammunition. It’s essential to remember this since players aren’t required to get an ammo box if their ammo is depleting. Instead of that, try to Pack-a-Punch that weapon.
- Tip 4 – For players who are busy completing main quest objectives or Easter Eggs, you should avoid triggering all-new rounds as much as you can from the beginning. The lower your rounds are, the better it is for you. The “training” strategy enters the scene at this point, in which you should keep a handful of zombies alive at the end of every round and then let them chase you while safely keeping them some distance away.
- Tip 5 – Before you start killing zombies, make sure to gather them into huge groups. Once you manage to manipulate their movement and put them together in small tight groups by going around in circles, you’ll see that it’s far easier to eliminate them and hit critical shots. So, grouping them and using explosives on them is far more effective.
- Tip 6 – Use your Gobbleggums to the fullest since they offer extremely powerful bonuses and won’t cost you any Essence or Salvage. Players can change Gobblegums in the middle of a match through the Pause Menu. So, make sure that you can make and customize your Gobblegums through the Loadout Menu before starting a match.Â
- Tip 7 – Side Easter Eggs are highly rewarding, so players should complete the Bowling Easter Egg on Liberty Falls since it’s a constant source of great loot. There’s also the Meteorite Easter Egg on Terminus, which is easy to get if you want high-value rewards.
- Tip 8 – Players can utilize the Arsenal vending machines for more purposes than simply adding ammunition mods to their weapons. Once you tab over, you can easily spend some of your Salvage on increasing the rarity level of your equipped weapon, making them a whole lot more powerful.
