The ARC Raiders Expedition 4 mystery rewards are not one random box. On a Raider’s personal fourth Expedition, the damage challenge can award up to five temporary Blueprints and 750 permanent Raider Tokens. Completing the Expedition itself also unlocks the first Zenith Outfit tier and +12 permanent stash space.
The key is knowing what lasts. Raider Tokens, Zenith progression, and Expedition stash space remain. Mystery Blueprints help the next cycle, but they reset when you depart again. Embark also makes clear that Expedition rewards depend on your personal progression, so players still completing Expeditions 1 through 3 follow their earlier reward tracks.
What Expedition 4 Actually Gives You
Expedition 4 combines guaranteed completion rewards with a separate damage-based reward track. Looking at them separately makes it easier to see which benefits are permanent and which only support your next Expedition cycle.
Separate the guaranteed Expedition rewards from the damage-based Mystery Rewards before deciding whether the material cost is worth it.
| Reward | How You Earn It | Permanent? |
| Zenith Outfit, first level | Complete personal Expedition 4 | Yes |
| +12 stash slots | Complete the Expedition | Yes |
| Raider Tokens | 150 per damage objective, up to 750 | Yes |
| Mystery Blueprints | 1 per damage objective, up to 5 | No |
| Consecutive buffs | Continue the Expedition streak | Maintained at the current cap |
Players on their personal fourth Expedition no longer receive additional Skill Points from the Expedition Challenge. Those challenge rewards are replaced by Blueprints and Raider Tokens delivered after departure.
Finish the Caravan Before Chasing Mystery Rewards
The Mystery Reward track only matters once your Caravan is ready for departure. Build the five required stages first, then use the active departure window to decide how far you want to push the damage challenge before resetting.
The Fourth Expedition still requires the full five-stage Caravan:
- Foundation: 150 Metal Parts, 100 Chemicals, 80 ARC Alloy, 15 Canisters
- Core Systems: 30 Durable Cloth, 25 Oil, 20 Electrical Components, 3 Industrial Chargers
- Framework: 20 ARC Motion Cores, 15 Speaker Components, 5 Turbine Compressors, 2 Exodus Modules
- Outfitting: 1 Portable TV, 5 Advanced Electrical Components, 2 Sirena Dorata Ship Models, 3 Vaporizer Regulators
- Load Stage: 200,000 value in Combat Items, 100,000 Survival, 150,000 Provisions, and 300,000 Materials.
Completing the Caravan does not sign you up automatically.
During an active departure window, finish the Caravan, sign up, complete as much of the damage challenge as you want, then depart.
The original Fourth Expedition window ran from July 7 to July 21, 2026, so catching-up players should always confirm the current departure window in-game.
Stages 3, 4, and the 750,000-value Load Stage are the main material sinks.

If those requirements are holding back an otherwise ready reset, Explore ARC Raiders Expedition Project boosting can cover individual stages or the full project. MitchCactus currently lists account login, regular in-game play, and an estimated 1–3 day delivery window.

How the Five Mystery Reward Tiers Work
Each damage milestone unlocks another Blueprint roll and another 150 Raider Tokens.
| Total Damage | Reward |
| 5,000 | 1 Blueprint + 150 Raider Tokens |
| 10,000 | 2nd Blueprint + 150 Raider Tokens |
| 30,000 | 3rd Blueprint + 150 Raider Tokens |
| 50,000 | 4th Blueprint + 150 Raider Tokens |
| 100,000 | 5th Blueprint + 150 Raider Tokens |
Hitting 100,000 damage gives five Blueprints and 750 Raider Tokens. Unlike the older Skill Point system, the Mystery Reward track has no catch-up mechanic.
Confirmed Expedition 4 Blueprint Pool
Embark published the official Expedition 4 Blueprint pool directly, so these are confirmed possibilities rather than datamined guesses.
Parts and attachments: Heavy Gun Parts, Complex Gun Parts, Padded Stock, Extended Barrel III, Muzzle Brake III, Stable Stock III, Vertical Grip III.
Weapons: Venator, Rascal, Osprey, Trailblazer, Anvil, Bettina, Hullcracker, Tempest, Vulcano, Dolabra, Aphelion.
Mk 3 Augments: Combat Flanking, Tactical Defensive, Looting Safekeeper, Looting Survivor.
Utility: Wolfpack, Powered Descender, Snap Hook.
The five damage-reward rolls are protected from duplicating one another. However, that protection does not include Blueprints carried through Ermal’s Expedition Vault. A Vaulted Blueprint can therefore appear again in your Mystery Rewards.
What Players Actually Received
Live July 21 departure reports matched the official pool rather than revealing a hidden second reward table. Players reported pulls including Tempest, Vertical Grip III, Extended Barrel III, Snap Hook, Trailblazer, Rascal, Venator, Tactical Mk 3 Defensive, Heavy Gun Parts, and Looting Survivor.
The Vault caveat also showed up in real results. One player reported carrying a Heavy Gun Parts Blueprint through the Vault and then receiving Heavy Gun Parts again from the Mystery Rewards. That does not break Embark’s duplicate-protection rule because Vault contents are specifically excluded from that protection.
These community reports confirm possible outcomes, not drop rates. Embark has not published weighted odds showing that one Blueprint is more likely than another.
Zenith Outfit and Permanent Rewards
Completing Expedition 4 starts the Zenith Outfit progression after the Patchwork track. It also adds +12 permanent stash space, bringing a Raider who completed all four Expeditions to 48 bonus slots. Embark said the permanent Expedition stash bonus would reach its 60-slot cap with the fifth Expedition.
If this is your fourth consecutive departure, the XP, Scrappy material, and repair-value buffs do not increase beyond their three-level cap; they are maintained instead.
This permanent package matters because even a weak Blueprint roll still leaves you with Zenith progression, permanent stash space, Raider Tokens, and your Expedition streak.
Is Expedition 4 Worth the Material Cost?
The answer depends on what you value.
If you only care about permanent power from the damage challenge, Expedition 4 is less compelling than earlier departures because new Skill Points are replaced by temporary Blueprints. The 750 Raider Tokens are permanent, but the Blueprints disappear on your next Expedition.
The full reset makes more sense if you want the Zenith progression, permanent stash space, and to keep your consecutive Expedition bonuses current. In that case, the Blueprints are best treated as a head start for the next cycle rather than the main prize.
If your Caravan is still far from complete, do not destroy useful kits just to force the Load Stage. Finish the rare bottlenecks first, then decide whether the permanent rewards justify the reset.
Conclusion
Expedition 4 shifts the reward focus from extra Skill Points to temporary Blueprints plus permanent account rewards. Reach 5,000, 10,000, 30,000, 50,000, and 100,000 damage for up to five Blueprint rolls and 750 Raider Tokens, while the completed Expedition adds the first Zenith tier and +12 permanent stash space.
Finish the Caravan, remember to sign up during an active departure window, and treat a strong Mystery Blueprint as a next-cycle advantage rather than a permanent unlock.
