When Does Warzone Ranked Play Return?3 min read

Warzone Ranked Play

Warzone has been extremely successful since its launch, bringing in countless players every day with its unique gameplay and mechanics. Its Ranked Play mode is especially popular, which was first launched in Modern Warfare 2 on Al Mazrah. Later, it was introduced to Resurgence maps during MW3’s time. However, the developers removed the mode before Black Ops 6!

Will Warzone Ranked Play Return?

Battle Royale Ranked was a part of Season 3 Reloaded on Verdansk. However, it was temporarily disabled because of some massive server issues. It seems like it’s happening once again in the latest Warzone Season 4 update. Unfortunately, there’s no exact date as to when Ranked Play is set to return. It does seem like the development team is hard at work to fix the issues.

The developers posted on May 29 on their official X account. They claimed that their team has been “working diligently to resolve the performance issues that players encountered following the initial Season 04 launch earlier today.” In the same post, they revealed that they were deciding to delay Ranked Play while they work on “bringing the experience back to its intended fidelity.”

Later, in a post made at 8 AM PT, they made another post. This said that the problem forcing players to “disconnect from matches this morning has been resolved.” However, they’re still keeping an eye on the situation and investigating it for any “reports of hitching/stuttering during matches.” Unfortunately, they made no remark on when Ranked Play might return to Warzone.

BO6 Ballerina Event

In the meantime, you can jump into the Black Ops 6 and Warzone Ballerina event, which is set to launch on June 5, 2025, and end on June 12, 2025. Its launch coincides with the upcoming Ballerina movie. So, this is your time to make the most of the event and get your hands on the Essex Model 07, Ballerina-themed nunchucks, Pirouette Emote, and so much more.

Make sure to get your hands on some cheap CoD Points to enhance your gameplay experience and progress smoothly from the MitchCactus website. If you wait some more time, you can experience Resurgence Ranked Play on Rebirth Island. This is scheduled to return to the game in Season 4 Reloaded. It’s expected to launch sometime around June 26.

This mode is set to have the same rules that were in MW3 while running along with Verdansk Ranked Play. However, it’s important to note that there’ll be an individual ranking system for both. Although Verdansh is here for the time being, Avalon is also in the works because most of the Black Ops 6 maps are present there, with private matches allowing you to explore the area.

Conclusion

That’s all there is to know about when Warzone Ranked Play might return to the game. Even though there’s so solid timeline, one can hope that it’s just right around the corner. Meanwhile, you can continue playing the game and get your hands on the CoD BO6 Abyss Camo to show off in front of your Call of Duty friends.
