New Season 4 Reloaded for Black Ops 6 is coming on Wednesday July 2, 2025. You are going to see new weapons, attachments, multiplayer maps, zombie modes as well as meta changes. 

Compared to previous updates, it’s going to be one of the biggest mid-season updates of BO6 so far. New maps and new weapons are coming to fill in the gaps.

Now We Have New Maps To Master

The first new map is Eclipse. It’s a small, neon-lined club deep within the ground. This map is compatible with both 6v6 and 2v2 play modes. Eclipse embodies the intensity of close-quarters combat. The map features a dance floor that glows with strobing lights. Breakable walls flank the hallways. The environment is designed to facilitate aggression, so every room feels like a choke point.

Second map is Fringe. This map is a true remake from Black Ops 3. Its three-lane layout is back. The long roads, the old barn, and the bridge are all here. It’s constructed for a combination of rushing and sniping. The layout still holds up all these years later. It’s balanced for classic multiplayer playstyles. 

Both maps belong to the overarching theme of the Season 4 Reloaded update. They do not waste space but you will experience iconic battles every round.

Entry of New Weapons

This mid-season launch comes with guns that will reign supreme in Warzone and multiplayer. 

At the pinnacle is the Olympia. This timeless double-barrel shotgun doesn’t require a luxurious description. It kicks hard and takes out in one shot within its range. Its range is short, so it’s perfect for Eclipse-type spaces. The weapon comes as an event reward, so it’s worth the grind.

Attachments, too, get upgraded in Season 4 Reloaded. The SVD Full Auto Mod allows this sniper rifle to shoot like an assault rifle. It turns the SVD into a gun that performs both in long and medium-range combat. Then there’s the TR2 CQB Auto Conversion. It converts the TR2 Marksman Rifle into an automatic monster. Its range gets shorter, but its rate of fire goes through the roof. It’s perfect for close-quarters maps such as Eclipse and fast objective play. Every weapon and attachment comes via events initially. Then it’s available as an Armory Unlock for every player.

Tools For Every Mode

These maps and guns are designed for multiplayer but function in all game modes within Black Ops 6. For multiplayer, Eclipse and Fringe provide spaces for classic firefights. The guns are a good fit for both competitive loadouts and informal games. 

In Warzone, the guns revolutionize loadout options. The Olympia excels in those brutal close-quarters situations. The TR2 conversion kit adds a marksman rifle with the ferocity of an SMG. The automatic conversion of the SVD offers accuracy with speed. 

Zombies mode can also use these guns. New weapons and attachments cross over into Survival modes, so every wave is new. The Pickaxe offers gruesome kills when ammo is scarce.
