As soon as I received my login information for my purchase it was banned. I have been in touch with support on discord and still haven't heard back. Edit: i have changed my star rating from one to to five due to the customer service I received after having an issue with my purchase. I went through the very detailed steps to get my issue fixed and within a couple hours after numerous updates from the support team on discord my issue was resolved. 10 out of 10 on customer service.
