Overall the experience was very good. This is the second time I got the CoD points though this service and the first time also had a little issue with the ticket submission. The process looks to have changed a bit from when the instructions provided was created, and the only confusion was getting the ticket setup properly on the correct Discord server. The instructions were a little unclear in that there is a new Discord server just for CoD services. The instructions provided did not specify the new server. But once that small confusion was cleared up, the gifting of the requested packs was easy. It is a little time consuming if you are getting multiple packs, but the representatives are friendly and will help you if necessary.

It was 1:1 to the advertisement only sometimes there were real players getting into the game aswell (botlobbies) luckily they wouldn’t reduce a game.
