I was skeptical at first but it ended up working out in the end. It was my first time doing something like this and had messed up half way through the process (with the discord open/closing a ticket, it was a first for me) but I had reached out to customer service and they were nice and understood what happened and helped me through everything to make sure my order was placed/processed. 1st these guys on 11/29 to do the ashes of the damned EE and it went smoother than I had expected. Just took a few hours and they were done.
