An item I ordered was temporarily out of stock, but the seller let me know straight away and quickly finished the order once it came in (less than 24hrs). Most other companies/stores wouldn't bother to let you know and you'd spend a few days without any communication at all. The seller on MitchCactus was excellent and extremely efficient with their communication and then fulfilment. Great example why I only use this group now for my gaming needs.
