Had a great experience...I bought the singularity hard unlock and obviously it's pretty nerve racking giving your information away but nonetheless the representative made it very easy going, was always responsive and got the job done quick. The second day after buying this service and going through the steps I was almost feeling like I made the wrong choice..but I told the representative how I was feeling and he provided me a picture of the progress and even told me I could get on when he got off to check myself..so theyre very accommodating...thank you mitch cactus...!!!
