Ive been ordering from Mitchcatus for a while now and I have never been disappointed. Never have had any big issue, the little ones I did have -someone always reached out minutes ( or sooner) after I sent a email. They always fix whatever issue as quick as they can. The only issue I had was them not having something in stock ( I've only had that issue once) and they asked me if I wanted to replace it with something with equal value..I said yes and the replacement actually turned out better than what I needed.. so yeah, it's a good company with good people that I do trust.
