I purchased a Forza Horizon 5 account from MitchCactus and accidentally chose the wrong platform (Xbox/PC instead of Steam). I didn’t realise at first that Steam was separate and only noticed after logging in. I also selected the free delivery option (1–3 days) and messaged the team a few times out of excitement, but they were always patient and professional. When I received the account details, I thought there was no progress on the account. The team explained everything clearly and even showed screenshots proving the progress was there. The issue was simply that I had the Steam version installed while the account was for Microsoft/Xbox. Dave from management personally helped me understand what happened and even offered me a discount to help purchase the correct version. When I explained I couldn’t afford it, he went above and beyond and arranged for my Steam account to be modded with the progress instead. The whole process took less than a day, and everything worked perfectly. I’m extremely happy with the service and support I received.
